§ 24-122. Removal of curbside containers from right-of-way.

In order to promote the safety of all the citizens of the county and all visitors driving on the county or state roads in the county, all garbage and trash containers shall be removed from the county or state right-of-way within 24 hours after collection. Violation of this section will be a misdemeanor with a minimum fine of $25.00.
