§ 6-3. Penalty.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell any alcoholic beverages in the unincorporated limits of the county without first complying with this chapter. A violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 1-8 of the County Code.
