§ 6-79. Type of retail outlets where package sales are permitted.

  • Beer and wine may be sold at retail, by the package, only in:

    (a)

    Outlets duly licensed to sell distilled spirits by the package; and

    (b)

    Outlets maintaining 75 percent of the floor space and storage area in a manner which is devoted principally to the retail sale of other foods, groceries, and general merchandise.
