§ 6-136. License fees.

Latest version.

A license fee for the sale of distilled spirits in the original package shall be paid by certified or cashier's check to the county manager by the licensee in the amount of $3,000.00, payable at the time of the application for the license. A renewal fee in the amount of $1,500.00 shall be payable upon each annual renewal of said license and may be paid by business check.
